Shipping time

Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express.

Also we provide you the tracking code for tracking your product.

1. I ordered something, but want to cancel

Once an order is purchased, it is automatically sent to our processing hub for dispatch.
Please select carefully before placing an order.

2. I ordered something, but want to change the order

You must contact us within 24 hour of placing the order to arrange an item change.
You can do this by emailing support@weriton.com with your order number as the subject.

3. My order arrived, but the items were wrong

Please email us at support@weriton.com with a photo of your items and the order #.
If we’re at fault, we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost.
If you’re not happy for any reason, send us an email at support@weriton.com and provide your order number. If you post us back your items, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
*Postage costs will be at your expense.

6. When the minimum time to reach the shipment time?

Usually we take around max 30 days for the shipment depending on the shipping option you took. You can track your order with the courier of your choice.
